A minimum collateral amount should be specified to indicate the maximum slippage acceptable to the buyer.** **This function can also be used after the account is liquidated and there is collateral available for purchase. Doing so increases the protocol reserve. The amount of available collateral can be found by calling the Collateral Balance function.
